Engagement

Justin and I met in January of 2008 in our Math class at the college. He first started with the smooth line of, "Want to do some math homework tonight?" Of course I wanted to because he was one good looking hunk!! I mentioned that we could go get something to eat after too. I wasn't about to let this guy slip away... Our first date was on a Monday and we started the night with a math assignment and finished with dinner at Olive Garden. Ever since that day we haven't spent a day apart. We fell in love as the days went and on June 2nd Justin took me on an exotic treasure hunt. He took me out to the desert, back for a candle light dinner, and finished with a ride up to the airport where he popped the BIG question!!! "Will you marry me?" He read me a cute poem and I couldn't resist the opportunity to say yes and be with him for the rest of eternity! We now have been planning for the BIG day, which is 08.08.08. Everything is going as planned and we can't wait for that day to be sealed to eachother forever!

LaRaine and Justin

Justin and I one Saturday afternoon decided to go hike angel's landing in Zion's national park. It was crazy because there was snow all over the trail, but it was burning up and we were sweating. We couldn't make it to the very tip top because it was too slippery, but we made it to the chains. This was one of the first times we'd ever been hiking together... and it was a blast. We took amazing pictures with a beautiful scenery and met people from all over the world... I guess Zion's is a pretty big deal! :) For a minute Justin was from New Zealand; at least that's where a guy thought he was from.
